Common questions
Bookings and cancellations
Manage everything from My bookings. Whether a cancellation is refunded, and how much, depends on the listing's cancellation policy, shown before you pay.
Payments and refunds
Card payments run through Stripe. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; how long that takes depends on your bank.
Host payouts
Hosts are paid through Stripe after each session. If you host, set up payouts under Get paid.
Delete your account
Open Account and choose "Delete account". This permanently deletes your account and profile.
Report a problem or abuse
To report a listing or a host, open the listing and use "Report this listing" or "Report this host". For anything else, email us at contact@cogitocode.ro.
